Accessibility Statement

Heal PGH is committed to making our website usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe access to health and wellness services should have as few barriers as possible, and that extends to how you interact with us online.

We are actively working to improve the accessibility of healpgh.com in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Our efforts include ensuring images have descriptive alt text, maintaining sufficient color contrast throughout the site, and making sure our pages can be navigated by keyboard and screen reader.

We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing process, not a checkbox. As our site evolves — including an upcoming rebuild of this space — accessibility will be a priority from the ground up.

Need help or have feedback?

If you encounter any barriers on our site, or if you'd like to request information in an alternative format, please reach out. We take these reports seriously and will do our best to respond promptly.

  • Navigable by keyboard alone

  • Compatible with screen readers

  • Images have alt text describing them

  • Videos have captions

  • Text has sufficient color contrast

  • Forms and buttons are clearly labeled
