Cancellation Policy (updated 03-19-26)

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A no-show or late cancellation rescheduling leaves a hole in your therapist's schedule that negatively impacts their income and blocks another client from booking your appointment time. Please call us at 412-626-2648 with as much advance notice as possible when canceling or rescheduling your appointment.

Cancellations or Time/Day Changes within 24 hours of your session will incur a $70 late cancel fee; it will be charged to your credit card on file or the last one used.

Cancellations or Time/Day Changes within 4 hours of your session will incur a charge for the full cost of the service; it will also be charged to your credit card on file or the last one used.

Note: If we are able to book another patient at the time of your appointment, we will waive this fee.

Inclement Weather Cancellation Policy

When a weather emergency is declared for Pittsburgh, we will close the clinic for everyone's safety. Any appointments cancelled by us will never incur a fee. Please note, a Winter Weather Advisory means that roads are passable and the normal cancellation policy applies. 

Situations in which cancellation fees are waived include the following: Winter Storm Warning or Ice Storm Warning, Local City/County Snow Emergency declared, Governor's Disaster Emergency Declaration. 

We respect that everyone has a different comfort level with driving in difficult conditions. However, if you choose to cancel within 24 hours due to weather and our clinic remains open, the appropriate fee will be charged unless we can fill your spot from our waitlist.
