“I've been meaning to book in for acupuncture for some time (I used to have acupuncture regularly some years back), and today I met with Amy. I walked in stressed, run down, and pretty much feeling resigned to wearing hoodies and sloppy leggings for the rest of my life. 90 minutes later, I practically BOUNCED out. My only regret was waiting so long to book a session with Amy. It wasn't just the needles or the Gua Sha which Amy did on my back, but the genuine understanding and knowledge that Amy has for what you need. The aches, brain fog, fatigue and "loss" of former athletic ability, seemed to disappear during our consultation, as Amy begun to establish connections with my symptoms (even minor things), and started a plan for healing. This practice is EXCELLENT. Although my first time with Amy, I already see Charles for massages and cupping. If you haven't tried cupping, have been working at home and slouch over a laptop, I highly recommend it - and definitely book Charles! If you feel awkward or nervous about massages - don't. Charles is welcoming, highly professional - and honestly like visiting a friend.
