Saige Ruby Harris, LMT

Saige has a natural warmth that puts clients at ease from the start. Her specialties are Reiki and deep tissue massage therapy, with a genuine love for deeper work when the body calls for it. Licensed Massage Therapist

Charles Koontz, LMT

Charles works across a broad range of modalities — from deep structural work to the more subtle end of the therapeutic spectrum.

His deep tissue massage targets chronic neck, hip, and leg pain, with a focus on clients whose bodies take the daily toll of long hours sitting or driving. His craniosacral and lymphatic drainage work addresses the body's quieter systems — supporting nervous system regulation, reducing swelling and inflammation, and improving lymphatic flow. These therapies are especially effective for chronic headaches, TMJ issues, post-surgical swelling, sinus congestion, and long-standing pain conditions.

Charles holds a degree in Therapeutic Massage from Allegany College of Maryland and is licensed in Pennsylvania.

WHAT OUR PATIENTS ARE SAYING

“This is an AMAZING team with deep knowledge and exceptional patient care. Thanks to your team I've gone from most of my day being about pain management, to enjoying life again. I'm so grateful for Pittsburgh Acupuncture and Massage Works and highly recommend them!”

— Michael H.

I have tried several massage therapy places in Pittsburgh and this is one of the best. Booking is easy, the place is very clean, and the massage was fantastic. I will be back!

-Eryn C.

“I've been meaning to book in for acupuncture for some time (I used to have acupuncture regularly some years back), and today I met with Amy. I walked in stressed, run down, and pretty much feeling resigned to wearing hoodies and sloppy leggings for the rest of my life. 90 minutes later, I practically BOUNCED out. My only regret was waiting so long to book a session with Amy. It wasn't just the needles or the Gua Sha which Amy did on my back, but the genuine understanding and knowledge that Amy has for what you need. The aches, brain fog, fatigue and "loss" of former athletic ability, seemed to disappear during our consultation, as Amy begun to establish connections with my symptoms (even minor things), and started a plan for healing. This practice is EXCELLENT. Although my first time with Amy, I already see Charles for massages and cupping. If you haven't tried cupping, have been working at home and slouch over a laptop, I highly recommend it - and definitely book Charles! If you feel awkward or nervous about massages - don't. Charles is welcoming, highly professional - and honestly like visiting a friend. Everyone at the practice is super friendly, and if you can't get a booking, get on the wait list - they are excellent at contacting you (thank you Jeff!).”
