Our cozy, comfortable spa-clinic provides a wide variety of therapeutic massage treatments that are customized to your needs. We pride ourselves on providing you with personalized service provided by our exceptional therapists.

CB Deep Bodywork Reset Massage:

Your customized massage, as described above, will be enhanced with highly-concentrated oil and IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation). Our topically-applied treatment infuses 50mg of power anti-inflammatory oil per treatment, providing faster and longer-lasting relief of tension and pain while relaxing both mind and body. Skillful use of IASTM tools allows for “a skilled intervention that includes the use of specialized tools to manipulate the skin, myofascia, muscles, and tendons by various direct compressive stroke techniques.” This combination allows for focused treatment of muscle fibers adhesions, tendinous attachments, and stuck fascia.

Everyone, but especially those with chronic inflammation and soreness, will benefit from this treatment. Your session begins with a discussion about your current and past pain issues, injuries, and treatment goals. A few Hot Stones as well as steamed towels are integrated into your massage as luxurious, no-cost add-ons.

Couples Services

Because of our cozy room sizes we do not offer couples massages in the same room.

However, if you book far enough in advance, we can schedule any treatments at the same time in two different rooms so that you can arrive and leave together.

New Patient Family Profiles

When you create a profile at a clinic, we will ask if you would like to add other family member profiles to this account.

If the answer is yes, we will then ask for the family member’s relationship to you, as well as the family member’s first name, last name, and email.

Please note that the first and last names and the email are mandatory.

You’ll see a checkbox labelled, “I would like to give permission for this family member to bill their payments to my account”. Checking this box means that the family member or related profile can use any credit cards you have saved on your profile to pay for their sessions. This also applies to credit cards you save to your account in the future.

If you would like to add more profiles, you can click the Add Another Family Member button.

Once you’ve added all of your family members, you can press Continue to start booking some appointments for the family.

I’m Already a Patient

If you already have an account and would like to add some family members to your profile, you can do so by logging in to the online booking site and then heading to your My Account page.

From your My Account area, you can click on the Family Members tab.

From the Family Members tab, you can:

• Add a new family member.

• Edit the permissions you have been granted towards other profiles.

Please note, you can edit the permissions you have for a family member here, but you cannot see or edit permissions that a family member has for your profile or information from this area. To see what permissions a family member has for your profile, you can either contact your clinic or refer to the email notification you received when relationship permissions were enabled or changed. You can also click the red Remove button to remove the relationship and all permissions between you and another profile.

 What Permissions can be Shared with your Family Member?

You can grant different permissions to your family members:

• Allow family members to bill you for their appointments. This also means that the family member or related profile can use any of your saved credit cards to pay for their sessions. This applies to credit cards you save to your account in the future.

• Share a copy of your receipts, statements, and financial emails.

• Share a copy of your email notifications and reminders.

• Manage your online bookings and add wait list requests

• Publish your appointments for your family member’s calendar subscriptions.

• Fill out and view your intake forms they have completed on your behalf, as well as view and update your contact and profile information.

Allowing a related profile to manage your bookings and intake forms means that they can book new appointments and complete new intake forms for you, as well as access your appointment history and any intake forms they completed on your behalf.

You can also remove permissions granted to yourself from your family members.

If you choose to remove the permissions and want them reinstated after, you will need to contact your clinic in order to protect the privacy and data of all patients.

Please note that allowing a family member to use payment methods on file will apply to all current and future payment methods added to the granting patient’s profile.
