NO-HOW AND LATE-CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A no-show or late cancellation leaves a hole in your therapist's schedule that negatively impacts their income and blocks another client from booking your appointment time. To avoid missed appointment fees, please call us at 412-626-2648 with as much advance notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.

Cancellations or Time/Day Changes within 24 hours of your session will incur a $70 late cancel fee; It will be charged to your credit card on file or the last one used.

Cancellations or Time/Day Changes within 4 hours of your session will incur a charge for the full cost of the service; It will also be charged to your credit card on file or the last one used.

Note: If we are able to book another patient at the time of your appointment, we will waive this fee.
