Location, Parking, and More

LOCATION:

We are located in Suite 209 at 901 Western Avenue, the Allegheny Court Building, on the corner of Western and Galveston. From the courtyard of the building (faces Galveston), take the stairs to the second floor. Our office is the first door on your left.

PARKING:

Multiple kiosks for paid street parking are available along Western Avenue. Free street parking is available 2 blocks from our clinic near the intersection of North and Galveston. Please plan at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to find parking and settle in before your treatment begins.

NO-SHOW AND LATE-CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A no-show or late cancellation leaves a hole in your therapist's schedule that negatively impacts their income and blocks another client from booking your appointment time. To avoid missed appointment fees, please call us at 412-626-2648 with as much advance notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.

Cancellations or Time/Day Changes within 24 hours of your session will incur a $70 late cancel fee; It will be charged to your credit card on file or the last one used.

Cancellations or Time/Day Changes within 4 hours of your session will incur a charge for the full cost of the service; It will also be charged to your credit card on file or the last one used.

Note: If we are able to book another patient at the time of your appointment, we will waive this fee.
